At Brainox Tech, we value our customers and are committed to providing a smooth, reliable experience across all our SaaS platforms, including:
- Brainox AI – AI-based tools & automation services
- Doxmate – Healthcare AI Appointment Booking, Rescheduling & WhatsApp Automation
- Any other subscription-based SaaS solutions provided by Brainox Tech
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their SaaS subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@brainoxtech.com or through their account dashboard (if available).
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Even after initiating cancellation, users retain full access to the platform until the billing cycle ends.
2. Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
- Customers may cancel anytime to avoid being charged for the next month.
Annual Subscriptions
- Refunds for annual plans may be requested within the first 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- After the 14-day period, annual subscription payments become non-refundable.
Service Issues
If a verified technical problem prevents use of the platform and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we may issue:
- A partial refund, or
- A full refund, depending on the severity of the issue
This is determined at our discretion.
3. No Refunds For
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused service time or failure to use the platform
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by third-party providers outside our control, including:
- WhatsApp Cloud API
- Meta / Facebook systems
- AWS hosting or outages
- Internet or device issues on the user’s side
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
- Email us at hello@brainoxtech.com
- Include:
- Registered account email
- Name or company name
- Subscription plan
- Reason for refund
Processing Timelines
- Refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
5. Policy Updates
We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
