This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and acceptable behaviors required when using services provided by Brainox Tech, including:
- Brainox AI – AI-powered SaaS tools and automation services
- Doxmate – Healthcare SaaS platform for AI Appointment Booking, Rescheduling & WhatsApp Automation
- Any other SaaS platforms or digital products operated by Brainox Tech
By using our services, users agree to comply with this AUP.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
1. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Brainox Tech, Brainox AI, or Doxmate platforms to engage in the following:
a) Illegal Activities
- Conduct any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful actions
- Facilitate activities that violate local, national, or international laws
b) Spam & Abuse
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, bulk messaging, or abusive content
- Use WhatsApp Cloud API or any integrated service for mass-marketing not permitted by Meta
- Harass, threaten, or abuse patients, users, or staff
c) Healthcare Misuse
- Provide unauthorized medical advice, diagnosis, instructions, or treatment
- Use Doxmate for clinical decision-making (it is an administrative tool only)
d) Data Misuse
- Collect, export, misuse, or attempt to re-identify patient or user data
- Access data not belonging to your organization
- Use the platform for unauthorized data scraping or extraction
e) Security Violations
- Attempt to hack, probe, or breach Brainox Tech systems or AWS hosting
- Interfere with encryption, monitoring, or access controls
- Deploy malware, viruses, bots, or malicious scripts
f) Impersonation & Misrepresentation
- Pretend to be another person, hospital, clinic, or company
- Use fake identities or unauthorized business names
g) Service Disruption
- Overload systems through automated tools, DDoS attacks, or excessive API calls
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or fair-use protections
2. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage (Doxmate)
When using Doxmate’s WhatsApp-based communication system:
- You may only send appointment-related messages (booking, confirmations, rescheduling, reminders)
- Promotional, marketing, or bulk advertising is strictly prohibited
- All WhatsApp communication must comply with:
- Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Policies
- Meta developer and messaging guidelines
Violations may result in termination of both platform access and WhatsApp Business API access.
3. Patient Data & Privacy
Users must:
- Enter only accurate and relevant patient information
- Use the platform only for administrative scheduling purposes
- NOT upload sensitive medical records such as:
- Diagnoses
- Prescriptions
- Lab results
- Medical histories
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws, including:
- GDPR
- HIPAA (where applicable)
- Local healthcare privacy regulations
4. System Integrity & Security
Users may NOT:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, clone, or extract any part of Brainox Tech software
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security layers
- Interfere with AWS hosting, system monitoring, or encryption processes
- Use automated tools to manipulate or overload the service
Suspicious accounts may be suspended immediately without notice.
5. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Permanent termination of access
- Reporting unlawful activity to government authorities
- Legal action to recover damages
- Termination of WhatsApp Cloud API access (for Doxmate users)
Brainox Tech reserves the right to enforce this AUP at its discretion.

7. Updates to This AUP
We may revise this AUP as our platforms evolve or legal requirements change.
